Ok guys, so I just installed a brand new Empi axle from ECS tuning not even a day ago and this is what happened! It looks like it popped apart, anyone know if this axle is junk, needs to be reseated or what? Thanks!

I've had my EMPI axle in the car for a year and it's just as good as when it was new. Hit or miss from what I've seen.

That's why I don't ever go aftermarket on stub axles. I buy the OEM supplier cv's (GNK) and throw them on. Easy to do but a little messy. Don't even have to unbolt anything but the axle to remove it.

Next time try to retain the OEM axle. They are quality.
