Hey guys! New to the forum and proud owner of a 2010, 1-owner, 37k mile, DSG, fully loaded beast! She also came with an extra set of rims and winter tires, aside from the peelers with summer slicks on em! Pretty damn happy to say the least. Unregrettably came from an 05 A6 with the 4.2, to my true love, the S4.
So obviously I'm planning on tuning it up, but funds are low to get everything done at once. I'm planning on sticking to APR. My intentions are to build it slowly over the course of a year or two, but I want to do it in a way that will provide a solid platform such that I can progressively get it as fast and as daily driver-able as possible.

    My plan is:
    1. TCU upgrade
    2. Supercharger CPS
    3. AWE touring cat-back
    4. Stage-1 tune
    5. Intake, unless I can find one used and throw it in there sooner
    etc....

Anyone done this? or has everyone just went with the stage-1 tune right off the bat? Shes fast enough for me for now and I sure do have the patience.

Thanks everyone! Friggin love this forum.

Welcome, everything sounds great but you don't need CPS for stage 1. Search on here and poke around, all of your questions have been answered numerous times.

At 40,000 miles I went APR stage 2+ pulley and Intake and called it a day, besides little things . I could not be happier. I am doing coils this week I think.
