Easiest way to flush power steering fluid ?

On my other cars I just use a tube or turkey baster to drain some fluid from the reservoir every once in a while. In this car, there seems to be something blocking the reservoir. Anyone know the easiest way to flush the power steering fluid?

I use a vacuum fluid extractor to suck-out the reservoir, then refill it with fresh fluid. I do that once or twice a year. Make sure you use the correct fluid....not Walmart generic "Universal Power Steering Fluid".
