I've done a bit of searching but no one seems to have the exact problem I have. Now that it's pouring outside in Los Angeles I'd *love* to have some climate control going to unfog my windows.

Before the summer I noticed my heat wasn't performing as well as it used to. A month or two later, when things got hot, my AC quit. This was around the same time the climate control panel also jammed so I couldn't even adjust the settings to see.

After replacing the climate control panel, changing the temperature does nothing but change the fan speed. All blower options work but nothing happens with temperature.

I suppose it could be a coincidence that the heater core and the AC compressor gave out at the same time? Or is this kind of behavior more indicative of a fuse or flap issue?
