Differences in RS4 upper oil pan?

Anybody know the difference between this eBay listed part#:

which is #079103603B

And the upper sump listed on Genuine Audi Parts that is # 079103803BR

The listing shows the eBay pan as being a B7 RS4 sump, compatible with a 2007-08 RS4 V8...

I need an upper pan for my build, and I'm currently waiting on a manufacturer back order in the part from Audi.. Looking for any other options besides waiting on them.

Any input?

Someone with better part # knowledge can speak up, but the 'R' at the end is most like 'Remanufactured' (Or is it an 'X' that designates that?) The back-order is probably waiting for cores. I'd take the ebay part.
