My RS5 is for sale

Hey all, I just took a new job offer in Vancouver and need to sell the car before I move. I need to make this move ASAP so all reasonable offers will be considered. I'd prefer to sell the car with all the mods but would be willing to covert back to stock if need be as I still have all those parts. The car is a 2014 Suzuka Grey RS5 with ~12500 miles. The mods include a capristo exhaust, custom accuair setup on Bilstein ride control coilovers, Full front end xpel wrap, 20x10 HRE P40 wheels with Michelin PSS tires with 80% tread, eurocode transmission mount (brand new, never installed), adaptive codes, bel stir plus integrated radar detector, etc. Those are the main mods but I'm pretty sure there are a few smaller ones that are slipping my mind. too bad I don't know where my finances r right now. my car is paid off in 2 months, and was thinking about an RS, but also planning to buy a home. not sure if I can manage both plus rent lol.
