My drivers side front bag is about 20psi lower than the others so my guess is it is leaking, genius, I know. How easy is a repair (and how safe) or should I just go ahead and order a new bag?

how do you know the leak is in the bag itself? I would trace back from all the fittings/connections with some soapy water spray and see exactly where its coming from.

^^^^ Exactly this. Also check the fittings on your valve to make sure that is not the culprit.
