Sorry for the poor picture quality- but you get the idea. I really like the white/red version over all red.

Seems like the White looks more OEM than the Blue... Thoughts?

All red here...just did it to match all the interior buttons and what not. If I would have the chance to get another one...it would be the Red/White one instead of just all red.

Be careful not to explode your vent while installing Grumpy. Its painful if you do, scotch tape and very small needle nose pliers will be your best friend. There are a few threads with pics to check out.

I have found that the red reflects against the side window at night and is kinda irritating. With the white, not so much.

This is a great idea. How hard was it to setup and incorporate the ethanol analyzer into the P3 gauge?
You should definitely do a write up cause I bet a lot guys would be interested in this.

Ethanol content is a great feature, I have seen Eurocode do it on quite a few cars. They could sell you all of the necessary components. The also did nitrous pressure and fuel pressure too.

I am waiting for somebody to add a thermistor to the supercharger coolant circuit for a more accurate representation of charge temperatures.

The vents and all the little metal pieces that hold the vents in place all come apart. Nothing really breaks unless you give up putting it back together and chuck it in the trash.

It's literally one wire from the analyzer control box to the gauge. Then set up p3 to read it on one of the two available analog channels.

You purchased the Ethanol Content Analyzer and Flow Through Flex Fuel Sensor from Zeitronix correct? Was there anything tricky about that install?

Took me a good hour and a half to reassemble my vent when it exploded...damn was I pissed off. Close the vent...otherwise you'll end up dropping the metal hooks down the air vent. Had a hell of a time trying to get those back!

All plug and play for the most part. I bought mine used from a buddy who was parting out. Ran the wire for the P3 via the same route as my boost line. I installed the sensor in the low-pressure fuel line under the hood and mounted it to my roc-euro baffle.

Because there are not enough red/white pics posted, here is another just now taken at night:

If you have a B8.5, you buy the gauge in the vent as an assembly, if you have a B8, you can but just the gauge or the whole thing. If your signature line existed- I would be able to help direct you and be more specific
The trick (at least for the B8) is to cautiously remove the dash trim and make sure the ring behind the trim stays attached- it will want to separate. That is not the end of the world, but you will add more than an hour to your installation time.

^Grumpy buy just the gauge for the 8.5 or you're gonna pay a hefty premium with a new vent that you don't need.

Yes- I was backwards- you are correct. Vent & gauge for 2012 and earlier. Either way- the gauge w/o vent is the way to go IMHO.
Plus, get the analog boost tap. I picked mine up when one of the vendors ran a sale for "free boost tap" with P3 purchase. It's not required, but you do get a more accurate reading for supercharger boost.

Luckilly I still have my analog sensor from my previous P3 on my other car. I ordered the boost tap from ECS. Now I have to figure out how noticeable the E85 sensor will be for when I go get service on my car. Trying to avoid an easy TD1

I tapped into the wire that illuminates the vent knob. It was easiest since it was right there. (red/blk wire I think???) I used a small wire tap

I put the control box in the glove box because my original set up(before I figure out you could use P3) used a cig lighter adapter and separate gauge.
