    convertible top rattle

I have a new rattle that started recently - seems to be coming from the area where the convertible top latches onto the windshield on the drivers side. Sounds like metal rattling. I don't see any loose parts around the latch itself, but it's very noticeable. It did start once the weather got colder, so maybe that has something to do with it, but I doubt it.

    Thoughts/suggestions/similar experiences?

Gotta take off the panel covering the latches, it just pops off. I believe there are two allen key screws in there tend to come loose. In my case one screw came out completely and the entire latch on one side was partially free. Simply get some loctite apply to threads and screw back in.
