hi there guys and girls.
i have a problem getting my baby to start, was running , drove home , turned it off and when i went to start it next day it would not fire, a4 b5 v6 1997 2.6lt
checked , fuel pump , filter and pressure, seems to all be ok there is fuel and pressure at the fuel rail and at the fuel pressure regulator .changed regulator, no change.
battery all ok , turns over a few times then coughs then continues to turn over without firing.
checked injectors and there is power at the injector leads when turning over, checked all fuses on fuse panel and even big ones under dash.
runs all be it very rough if i spray engine start in the intake but stops immediately when i stop spraying.
have also tried resetting computer by disconnecting battery as i saw on another forum but no change.
have made sure all the relays are plugged in properly.
i am out of knowledge and options any help appreciated..
