    I have a 2003 a4 1.8t, since it has finally gotten cold out I realized I now have no heat. First thing I did was bleed the heater core and I got a little bit of air out but not much. Still no heat. Next I put the car on vag com and checked for codes. I got five of them;

    01841 - Potentiometer/Actuator for temperature flap; left (g220)
    30-00 - open to short to plus
    01841 - Potentiometer/ Actuator for temperature flap; left (g220)
    09-00 - Adaptation limit surpassed
    00604 - Potentiometer Positioning Motor for air flow flap; (g113)
    30-00 - open or short to plus
    01842 - Potentiometer/ Actuator for temperature flap; right (g221)
    30-10 - open or short to plus
    00819 - high pressure sensor (g65)
    07-10 - signal too low - intermittent

    I also have noticed that after I shut the car off and have the key out of the ignition that you can hear one of the motors opening and closing repeatedly for about 5 minutes. am I able to recode this stuff and get it to work or is there more to it?

    Try to realign the flaps. It may work, but probably not. You'll likely need to replace the motors. I'd also look into the last code on your list that is for the sensor.

    The G65 high pressure sensor is for the A/C.

    I flushed the heater core out today, and ran some CLR cleaner through it and now I have amazing heat! You wouldn't believe the amount of stuff I got out of it. Ive also had to do this on my vw, don't know why this always happens to these cars. But thanks for the replies any way guys!
