HELP! Instrument Cluster Failure - Driver Information Display

While driving home last night the display went black. I tried searching the forums to see if anyone else had experienced but nothing concrete. Tried holding down the reset button etc. to see if I turned it off by mistake (if thats even possible). Is permanently black. Anybody know how to troubleshoot this issue?

There was a thread about within the last couple of months I believe. I think one person said they had to get it replaced, might not be your case though.

I see you have a 2010. Why do these things happen when car is out of warranty???!

I had this happen but the screen was white. Had it replaced under warranty. If you look in panjo there's someone selling one out of a 2014 for $300. Might want to snatch that up as the dealership will charge beyond that.

Update for anyone who experiences the same - The screen is now intermittent. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it flickers on and off and sometimes it just flashes a bit.

Still researching and looking for a repair shop
