My GT3076 build. Help with some of the system need ideas.

Hello! Welcome to my build thread, I wasn't going to do one of these for it's not my thing to do. I do have some questions and am seeking guidance from others who have built this setup.
I will post photos to the point the car is currently in and a little bit of the back round. Then i will get to some of my questions. After consulting Doug after reading the thread "Lets Beta Test the F25L" I decided to go for it and prepare the car for the turbo that supposedly can make 500chp. The plan was when i went out of town for Thanksgiving i would be ready for the purchase. The delivery date came and went many times.i was told he would be getting the turbo within a few days. I would call back every few days to find out the progress and when it would arrive, there were more than a few occasions when he would not answer my call nor return it. I would have to call back again the next day and maybe get answered. Once i did get a hold of Doug he told me again that it would be sent out within the next day or two, this was the 17th or the 18th. By this time i had waited since just after TG to the 17th when i should of had it sooner. In the last conversation i told him i would call that Monday to see what was up but assured me i should have the turbo before xmas. I called Monday the 21st of Dec. No answer or return. Called Tues and Weds with the same result. Thus was xmas eve and Fri was xmas so i didn't call on any of those dates. Part of the Beta testing rewards was completing 3 different things to get $500 each. 1.) Create a build thread to draw interest to the turbo. 2.) data log and send back to him. 3.) Dyno the car and I assume post in my thread. I was pretty excited needsless to say. From the start I was more than willing to do whatever i had to do to make this transaction as smoothly as possible. I kept delaying engine going to the machine shop to wait to know when the turbo was going to get to me. Finally after weeks of waiting he at least assured me I would have it before xmas so i went ahead and broke the engine down and sent it to the machine shop. After xmas and still no answer or return phone calls. Monday the 28th i decided to go a different route and gave up on Doug and FrankenTurbo. I was really dissapointed in his customer service for now i am forced to go another route which is now costing significantly more money.
This story isn't to bash him in any way i just want you all to know what i went through. I pulled and built my engine to help him test a turbo and draw some attention to it. So whatever that's what happened maybe some day i'll get some explanation to it. If he was going out of town for the holidays i would understand that, but he didn't tell me that was the case nor that i would have to wait till the holidays are over. I kinda jumped the gun and went 3076r because of lack of communication. Let's move on and i'll start with a mod list.

    Here's where some questions lie.
    http://s482.photobucket.com/user/KHA...tml?sort=3&o=8

The kit i have coming only has a 90* silicone hose to MAF housing to cone filter. I need a way of running a few things to the same location of where the TIP would be which now is only a 90* bend. I need a way of connecting the recirculation from the intercooler hot side piping to the DV to the TIP. Hope i'm explaining this correctly for you guys to understand.
Another issue is there's a port on the stock TIP for the n80 valve to run to, any solution here? The final port that i need is to runs to the N75 which on the stock turbo and k04 there is a nipple right off the turbo which connects to the n75 then feeds to the wastegate actuator. I will be removing the n75 and running a manual boost controller in it's place. To my knowledge i can't run this to the manifold it has to be post turbo and pre intercooler. (TIP)

    1.) N80 routing to TIP
2.) crankcase breather tubing to pancake to TIP
3.) Manual boost controller to waste gate.
4.) Recirculation from DV to TIP

My question is do i buy a bunch of silicone hoses with different sized ports and metal tubing or is there an aftermarket TIP that i need or some simpler way of doing this? Sorry if this seems a little cluttered and all over the place. I have not really been known for my writing skills lol. I'm still waiting on my turbo kit which should be arriving in the next couple days.
Thanks for reading and giving your input!

I'm re routing n80 line to TIP, recirc line to TIP, and a way to tap in my manual boost controller. Do I go off manifold vacuum or the TIP or does it matter?

Will this fit on the front of a Gt3076r? What solution are you other BT guys doing?

I am running a 3'' TIP on my FT F21L. I assume you will want to go bigger than just TT225 MAF size which is 2.75. The one in the FT kit is most likely a Chinese TIP but it seems like a quality piece. Normally wouldn't say this but check Ebay.

I was running a 3 inch apr tip on my k04. I don't have the new turbo yet but I measured the lower portion of the tip which is 2 inches. I don't believe mine will fit. I was just wondering the solution if any to keep my evap and breather stuff without deleting it.

The new MAF housing is 3 inch so I'm assuming the top of the tip piping will fit the new MAF housing.

Can you post up a photo of the setup you are going to run? Is it a full frame GT30-76 or a turbo that fits in the factory location (retaining the stock airbox).

I don't have everything yet next few days. It's a t25 to garret 5 bolt. Is that full frame?

Big turbos are fun! Way better decision then staying with a FrankenTurbo.

Well the Franken turbo was the f25 supposedly able to make 400 whp on pump gas only.
