Iron x - same stuff as adam's wheel cleaner?

Just tried carpro's iron x for the first time today, interesting product - really cool to see it working on a white car. Stuff smells just like Adam's wheel cleaner and the wheel cleaner turns the same color. In principal the two products seem to do the same, so is this just a repackaging of the same thing with maybe a different concentration level?

they are not really the same they do have similar ingredients but Adam does not promote the product on paint, it was formulated more for wheels.

    For paint you can use

    Auto Finesse Iron Out
    Sonax Fall Out Remover

    For wheels
    Adam's Deep Wheel Cleaner
    Sonax Wheel Cleaner Plus
    Sonax Full Effect Wheel Cleaner

Is there a difference between paint used on wheel versus on body panels?

yes the reaction time would differ. For example the Sonax Full Effect Wheel Cleaner does not work well with paint only wheels, the Sonax Fall Out Remover works much faster on paint and doesn't work well at all on wheels.
