Tire woes

I had to replace a tire one week after buying my Q7. Now after meeting a large pothole I am replacing all 4 scorpions at 14.8 K miles. Holy cow! I knew the Q7 consumed tires, but this is brutal.

It is enough to make me look for something else.

What size wheel are you on? I'm on the 21" wheels and all I can say is that tires for this size are expensive and they typically last me a season and a half or about 15-18 K km based on my driving. I tend to have a heavy foot in the summer. If you're at 21" you could consider dropping down to the 20" or even 18". My winter's are 18" and the tires were cheap and they don't wear at all.
