Radio keys STUCK

I ordered radio keys off enfig.com (comes with 2) thinking I would be fine trying to use only 2 of them. Well I guess I was wrong cause now both keys are stuck on the bottom slots and the radio won't budge. I have the Audi Symphony BTW.

So how do I get the keys out? note: I inserted the LONG end of key (3 pronged) with the notches pointing inward.. was this correct? I heard a click.

pull on them really really hard and try to move them around a little as your pulling...should come out eventually

you need 4 because you are supposed to get the radio out then depress the clip behind the face plate to get the key back out

You would be fine with two, had you done one side then the other... I used some very small files to release my radio once. Might try something like that, or just rip those bitches out and hope you don't ruin your brand new keys/ the radio.

DON'T RIP THEM OUT. It's not worth it. My radio can never come out because those keys fucked my shit up. My local Audi dealer has keys and did it for me, but not even theirs worked...Go to your dealer.

If you can't get them out, I got some keys you could borrow. I'm in Long Beach across the 605 from El Dorado Park.
