P035x and P030x alternating... NEED HELP, please!

Hey guys, looking for some help.
I changed my spark plugs about a month ago at a local shop and they installed autolite spark plugs (I found out cause I swapped out with some NGKs (PFR6X-11) from dealer today). Anyway, The first code that I had was P0306 (running autolite), meaning cylinder #6 spark plug was faulty. After I finished installing the NGKs, I got another code P0304. Now cylinder #4 is misfiring. I let it sit over night cause it was getting late yesterday. I started the car this morning and it was fine. Drove it for like 1 mile and then started misfiring. Came back home, ran the code and it was P0301. Unplugged the ignition coil and plugged it back in and it it then displayed P0353. Unplugged ignition coil out of cylinder #3 and plugged it back in and now I get P0303.
I didnt keep track of the ignition coils when I pulled them out, is it possible that I have a faulty ignition coil and it's just being jumped around?

I've cleared the codes before every start, so I'm not reading the same code over.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is absolutely possible you have a faulty coil(s) that is causing the misfire. Have you ever changed them?

I know this is late, but you are right. It was faulty coil. 25 bucks for duralast coil from autozone and solved the problem!
