Big Thumbs Up to South Bend Clutch

I would just like to applaud South Bend Clutch for their awesome customer service. I've had their Stage 5 clutch kit for over 2 years and loved it. Grabs hard but still has a very nice feel to the pedal. I had bought the kit 2nd hand rebuilt from Solo Motorsports. The other night while doing a pull something happened where the clutch got still and could not get into any gear. After pulling the tranny apart, we found the TO bearing failed and one of the springs from the clutch disk had gone with it scarring everything.

Contacted South Bend and they said i could send in the whole clutch kit and FW and they would take a look at it and try to cover it under warranty or partial warranty even knowing that i bought it 2nd hand on the forums. I over nighted it to them they had it ready in a day, rebuilt presure plate, new pilot bearing, resurfaced FW and brand new clutch disk, even offered to pay for shipping back but since i wanted it over nighted i paid for shipping.

I asked how much for the rebuild and they said dont worry about it they'll take care of it. I didn't even have to ask about warranty or try to complain or anything, might not even have been their parts failure that caused it in the first place. Dealt mainly with John @ South Bend. Just wanted to give credit where its due. Hard to find companies that will stand behind their product like that nowadays. Highly recommend South Bend for anyone looking for clutch kits.
