So is it a luck of the draw if a particular car will throw an error with these LEDs or not? Comments on your site are mixed - some say error free, others have issues.
Just picked up a '16 Q5 and I'm a bit suprised/annoyed that Audi still has the color mismatch from the fogs and DRLs. Its one of the many things that annoyed me on the B8 A4. I'd hate to buy these and then get errors.

Error code will not appear on B8, B8.5 as well as Q5's since we confirmed on many many of them.
When we tried on B7 A4 with red DIS, it was also not an issue but some member said that error code popped on his B7.
Error message is something that older models may get.

Not that hot. We ran a test by having the LED stay on lit for 2 weeks straight and we could touch the heatsink without burning ourselves.
