Bump for a great seller. I got my B8 wheel from him as well. Sent money as friends and family and had absolutely NO issues. Tracking info was given right away and received the wheel just as described. It also bolted right up to my 06 A4 with no problem. I wasn't sure about this upgrade, but it really does make driving the car so much more enjoyable.

Is there any modification that needs to be done? I read in another thread that you mentioned needing to modify the harness for a b8 wheel? Is that still applicable for this one as well?

I know its plug and play on cars that came equipped with 3 spokes from the factory. I'm 99% sure it is also P&P on cars that came with the 4 spokes, worst comes to worst you might have to use the airbag harness from the four spoke steering wheel. Pretty easy to remove, you lift two tabs on the harness connectors with a jewerer screwdriver and remove it 0.5/10 difficulty level. You wont have to modify anything for sure.

People who have installed one on a car equipped with a four spokes might chime in.



Modyfing the harness comment was for a TTRS steering wheel.

I have this wheel (bought mine before Axis had his first one) and absolutely love it! I swapped it in place of my 4 spoke wheel and yes, you do have to use your harness from the 4 spoke, but it's suuuper easy to do this entire job. I don't consider myself much of a DIYer and I did the swap all by myself rather quickly with no errors and everything works.

And of course we all know Axis is a good seller

Just a quick not for DIYers in the future, the harness is not necessarily plug and play for three spoke b7 wheels -- I had to swap the harness over but it was super easy so who cares

Good to know it was a simple swap, full nappa with thicker grip does improve the driving experience, glad you like it :)
