a6 / s6 discount

Hi I am in the market for either a new 2016 a6 3.0 or a 2016 s6. I plan to do a cash deal. If you could post what you paid or how much the cars are being discounted that would be greatly appreciated.

Below is a thread that covers this. I doubt the discounts would be different from A6 to S6 obviously your dealers inventory, your ability to negotiate, and group buy discounts you may qualify for will play a part in your exact purchase price.

I found just sending out a wide net to a number of different dealers is the best approach. I got close to 12% off MSRP but that was only one dealer willing to negotiate. I found everyone else was fairly high and did not have any S6's in stock.
