I am the second owner ( excluding the dealer I bought it from who had it for 2 months)
I have had it for two years. Owned since mileage was at 132,000
I have a stack of maintenance records all done within the last 10-20k at Brink Motorsports
Currently mileage is at 168,200
Repairs in the last 10,000 miles:
Timing belt, and all drive belts, replaced at 158,216
Hawk HPS Pads and Zimmerman Rotors all the way around at 158,216
Snub Mount done along with timing belt. ( this is the only after market part on the vehicle)
Repairs in the last 20,000 miles:
Drivers and Passengers front Axles replaced at 148,075
Timing/Cam Chain Tensioner 145,600
Tensioner Gasket 145,600
Valve Cover Gasket 145,600
Oil Pan replaced at 144,475
Sway bar link at 144,475
Full Synthetic Oil every 3500 miles
Professionally Tinted windows with ceramic "Suntek" film
17 inch Avus on 225/40/R17 Hankook Roadhandler Sports 75% Tread

Exterior is 7/10 Minor dings and scuffs, Can get it looking real good though, shines up nice!
Interior 8/10 Soft wear notorious with these guys. Cloth heated seats, look great no rips. Clean.
All wheel drive, turbo, 5-speed manual--- fun to drive. gets 29-30 mpg highway.
This Avant is bone stock. I have spent the last year or so making the necessary repairs with the intention of then getting into mod stuff. I am moving and just bought a truck so plans have changed.
I have loved every bit of this car and purposely sought out this configuration, I owned a b5 sedan before this one and decided I wanted a 5spd Avant as my platform. It took me quite some time to find, and I would hope it could go to someone who appreciates it as much as I do.
Now for the bad part.
Turbo spools, and builds boost, then makes some noise, alluding to its way out at some point down the line. It is not blown, there is still life in it yet.
Since I will not be keeping this long enough to get into modifications, and it drives fine as it is,
I have not replaced it.
I would like it to go to someone else who wants to start out with a solid platform to build upon.
This vehicle is solid. I drove it on a 5000 mile road trip in June, with absolutely no issues what so ever. It is my daily driver.
