2.7T won't start after major services

So before started to work on the S4 Manual the car would start and idled perfect. Pulled the motor out and changed both turbos because old one was bad, changed the oe flywheel to lightweight flywheel and stage 2 clutch from awe Tunning with throw out bearing, and changed the timing belt with water pump with new pulleys. Put the motor back in and won't fire up but cranks. Did a compression test and 5 cylinders are at 160-180psi besides one that's at 60psi. I've seen a 1.8 start and run perfect with one cylinder at 30psi so that can't be the problem. Checked the timing and my timing lock tool goes in perfectly when crank at tdc. Check for fuel and there's fuel. Check for spark and there's spark. injectors are getting puls at the wires. Crank position sensor was replaced with a new one, icm was switched around, tried staring it with the maf unplugged and carb cleaner. Sometimes when I crank the motor for about 7 seconds and stops it sounds like it's about to start but doesn't. Any advice would help. I have done enough motor swaps and timing belt job to figure this out on my own but completely stuck now. I scanned the ecu for codes with vag com basic scanner and have one code coming up for cluster issue.

Take breath next time, shit was hard to read

If what you are saying is correct, it should start.

The only thing I could filter out of that wall of text that can muck with it and not throw a code would be the icm plugs.

There are only 2 things needed to make an Audi work properly - Duct tape and WD40. If it moves and it shouldn't - Duct tape. If it doesn’t move and it should - WD40.

Sorry about that, so frustrating. I got few spare motors and tried swapping things around and no go so it's killing me now. I believe believe icms are plugged in correctly. I'll check ones again

Might have to tune up misfires at idle, but shouldnt be a too difficult if they just want to drive it into the ground.

Have an ar here that somebody mixed up the connectors for #3inj and the n80- 0psi on cyl3 now
Maybe I will muck with it one of these days and see if I can beat it into submission
