Unhappy 2013 A7 wont power down

Hey guys, seeing if one of you can help me sort this issue out. My 2013 A7 will not fully power down upon exit. The car is stock other than a stage 1 APR tune.

Here is the issue: When I leave the car without hitting the start/stop button the car will go into shutdown mode. MMI screen retracts, parking break goes on, engine stops. If the headlights were on they will turn off after 20 seconds or so... however the LED running lights and tail lights stay on for over 20 minutes and the dash will remain lit up as well. Im not sure if its not recognizing that the key fob has left the car or what but I did put new batteries in both the key fobs. If I lock the car via the fob everything turns off.

    See video of the issue:

Are you sure your headlights are still on automatic? Valet and car washes love to move the setting on me.

Yes, headlights are on auto, they work perfectly fine and come on and turn off as needed. After I exit the car, if they were on they will turn off after about 20 seconds but the LED running lights will stay on along with the tail lights... and the dash.

Any ideas anyone? It looks like it only does this at night when the headlights were on, during the day its a none issue...
