Suggestions on shock absorbers to replace OE sports shocks

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
    Hi guys

I need suggestions on replacing my already stock lowered sports A4 B7 FWD. I am not looking for coilovers at the moment, just shockies and any other recommended parts (e.g. mounts) that I can fit to the car. Brand, positives, negatives, links etc.

    Thank you

    Ben

Do the B5 front perches fit on the Bilstein shocks? If they do, you can use them to help lower the fronts 1/2" more to reduce rake

Answering my own question, "No. B5 perches do NOT fit Bilstein shocks" per http://www.audizine.com/forum/showth...=1#post8183963
Looks like others are using an ECS coilover kit for the front Bilsteins to do the same thing, https://www.ecstuning.com/Audi-B7_A4....0T/ES1928286/
