Foot well and door warning lights out

I noticed that my front footwell lights are not working (2001 car). Those four red warning lights that are in the side of each door are also not working. As far as I am aware, the footwell lights should come on when the car is unlocked from outside and when you remove the key from the ignition? The red door warning lights when door is opened regardless of whether the car is on or off.

I've been searching and the only thing I came up with is that their is a Relay 382 which has failed?
Does that ring any bells here? I tried new bulbs in the footwells so figure its not the bulbs.

My puddle lights in the edge of the door work but my dash display doesn't. I'm curious about this as well.
