AUX/AMI retrofit for 07 Q7

Just picked up an 07 4.2 premium S Line Q7, have BOSE sound system.

Appearantly I can connect my iPhone via Bluetooth to make calls, etc, but not to play music.

I've researched and 07 was the only model that didn't come with the AMI connector. The DIY I found was old and a lot of the pictures were missing.

How can I get either AMI or AUX???

That's the OEM retrofit kit, I found the DIY that provides the part numbers for those pieces but the install instructions are very poorly written.
