Here's an older article that explains some of it.

The suspension setting should be self explanatory. In comfort mode, the suspension is more comfortable on rough roads, in auto it's somewhere in the middle and in dynamic it's more firm for better handling. The adaptive cruise control setting controls how it accelerates and slows down the car in response to the car ahead of you. In comfort it's more lazy at catching up to the car in front of you and slows down softer for an overall more comfortable driving experience. In dynamic mode it follows the car ahead of you more like a hooligan (not quite that drastic, but you get the point) and in auto mode it's balanced. Auto mode is great for daily traffic, comfort is great on long road trips and IMO dynamic is a bit pointless. If I'm being a hooligan I won't use ACC in the first place.
As for the sport diff, the article above should explain it, but in comfort mode the sport diff operates to mostly keeping the car stable and follow the intended line. In dynamic mode it helps rotate the car around corners. The harder you corner to more obvious it gets. Auto mode is kind of in between, balancing stability and agility.
