    Diff/Trans oil

I'm about to clock 58k miles, and was curious to see what interval people change out their Trans/Diff oils at? Did you go OEM or Motul/Redline/liquid moly?
I'm planning on changing it out this coming January. And CC next.
What else would you guys recommend replacing/changing around the 60k mark? I'd like to be pro-active on my maintenance as much as I can. I've already done the rotor/brakes this summer.

    I can think of:
    Brake fluids
    Radiator flush
    Bushings (suspension)
    any electronics/sensors I should replace?
    Spark Plugs
    Air Filter
    CV boots?

I'm planning on tracking my RS4 next summer, and any information would be appreciated.

This is what I have done, and over 100k now.

    Transmission - redline @ 100k
    Rear end - motul @ 100k
    Brake fluid - 70k
Upper control arm bushings (pressed in new ones) @ 100k
Coils and plugs - 1 time (service kit from JHM) @ 75k
    Air filter - K&N
    Radiator flush - @ 100k
    Cv boots - stock
    Sensors - stock
Carbon cleaning - too much of that shit!

You still got your PSS9 and like them if I recall your username right? I definitely enjoy mine and might buy for another car as well. Run 6/6 setting I think.

That's all I got for you. I went motul for the rear end as I was told it exceeded the specs/requirements of the redline. The redline has been great in the transmission.

Thanks for the input, did you go with OEM bushings for the UCA's? Yea I'm liking the coils, mine are only height adjustable and not dampening since I didn't want to keep on removing them for adjustment. They do feel stiffer than stock, but its livable. I have not rode in any coil over set up that is compliant as an OEM set up on any car. Ohlins, JRC, KW, doesn't matter.

I always use Redline for motor oil, I think I'll keep it consistent through out other fluids in my car.

Just did my first oil change on my own on Sunday for this car. Its not too bad, but had a hell of a time finding a oil filter for this car.

Yeah i usually to Amazon for filter/oil... Tough to beat. And on the coils my b16 PSS9 gave adjustment 1-9 without having to remove anything. Actually just turn the wheel or reach around for the rear to adjust them... And I meant that in a very car like way to be clear! :) and I am a redline fan too but heard that the Motul rear was even better based on specs but that's second hand information so simply relating what I heard.

    Ditto.

Amazon seems to be the best place to find filters and the like. I get my Liqui Moly and most everything else on there too.

I was told the adjustment for the coils are on the top, thus needing to drill a hole in the trunk area for the rears to adjust them without take them all off. I said F that, I would most likely set it to one spec, and leave it alone.

Thanks for the input, Motul seems to be pretty popular here. I'm surprised the CV boots lasted 100k, I know 2 owners in the area that already blew up. I believe one did the bearings about the 80k mark, but the car is SC'd and seen track days.

Then you be even more impressed when I tell you that I am 115k and boots going strong. Also, you must have s different model as my coils adjust dampening on the side. Sorry to hear man.

Bumping this thread, going to change rear diff and trans fluid this weekend with Motul Gear 300. Do our cars also have a mid/front diff? My B7 S4 did is the reason I ask
