No our kit produces over 51% more power than a stock car.
This graph shows our shop car putting down well over 400whp.
A stock car on our dyno makes about 260whp.

This is running fuel that costs less than $2/gallon.

Here is our dyno readout as measured at the wheels.

Do you have to cut the band on the ECU and send it in? Do you have any track times? 1/8th mile or 1/4mile? We have been waiting in your other thread for real track results (which were promised) and no one ever posted any.

Just curious as to how our cars handle running E85 full time? No degradation or corrosion issues? Great to see this getting more traction.

You need a torx set,17mm wrench, a punch, hammer, pliers, and a vice (makes it way easier).

The pump upgrade comes with an assembly guide.
The cam follower only goes in one way with the roller on the cam side so you can't mess it up.
I always forget to take pics when I do them. I'll have to get some next time.

The full kit with file switching is only for the B8 s4 right now. Depending on what you have we may be able to put something together for you. You have pm.

Nothing noteworthy with regards to corrosion issues yet. We have been playing with e85 on this motor for 3 years now.

Overall, I love it. I already had Solo's Stage 2 93 Tune, but still noticed a big difference after E85. Love the increased torque on the low end, which in daily driving is what you'll notice most. For someone jumping from stock straight to this E85 Tune, they will be absolutely blown away. Gas mileage dropped only slightly (1-2 mpg). I am actually surprised it didn't drop more considering the different properties of E85 and the fact that I definitely drive it even harder now because it is sooo addicting! I filled up last week for $1.81/gallon, which is awesome considering 93 was going for $2.41/gallon.

The last step is to get the DSG tune. Hopefully I'll get that done in the next month or so. As of today, the shop car in the first video and my car have not been to the drag strip, so no 1/4 times to post. Let the flames begin.....

We have seen a good bit of interest from the b8.5 guys. Our b8.5 e85 file is ready to go. We are just waiting on the file switching component to be ready.
The b8 kit is ready to rock, file switching and all.

Although I haven't looked up the graphs from GIAC / APR, my memory is that they produce comparable power / torque as this kit - and both require pulley upgrades. Is there a specific advantage of running E85 that I'm missing?

dynos are cool for some chat references, however this won'r hold much weight until we see 1/4 times for real world references.

The obvious one... Cost! You can get the same power on E85 as you would with race fuel and it costs a quarter of the price.

e85 has an octane rating of ~105 so it burns cooler which allows a tune to be more aggressive with timing. When mixed with 93 or 91 octane fuel it can effectively be seen as an octane booster. While it doesn't burn as efficiently as regular fuel, it generally costs less. so unlike race fuel, you can actually run it for everyday driving without going broke. When running higher concentrations (or straight e85) an upgraded fuel pump is required because e85 requires more flow which in turn will bring down MPG's. But lets be honest, if you are trying to squeeze as much power out of your car as you can I really don't see MPG being a big concern. Another downside is that it's corrosive. However, most modern cars are outfitted with fuel lines and other components to withstand the corrosiveness because unleaded fuel has some amount of e85 mixed in... around 10%.

a low 11s car as a daily driver, not just at the drag strip? sounds pretty nice.
