late 2015 S3 power loss after APR flash

So I had the APR flash today and everything seemed fine and dandy, 30 mile drive back to work after lunch with a couple of hard pulls just to feel the change. Fast forward to my drive home from work everything seems fine until about half way home I hit a stretch of road after a stop sign and I feel a major power loss and I noticed the turbo seems way louder like wrx\sti loud without that whistle. I pulled over turned the car off and made sure the intake and hoses were all still good turned the car back on and same symptoms but the EPC light came on for just a few seconds. The car feels fine except the lack of boost (5 psi is all it will go up to).
I have the car up on ramps to make sure I haven't some how popped off a intercooler hose which I am getting ready to do. I dont have VCDS and there are no check engine codes that my reader is picking up, not sure what is going on. If I don't get it sorted out tonight I guess I am taking it back to have the flash pulled off.......

Yep stage 1 93 octane.
All the intake and intercooler plumbing are good, I guess I going to a shell to tank up to see if it is the gas. Nothing obvious I am seeing, I don't understand why low boost and no CEL.

Turbo outlet hose came off, I missed it last night........
Everything is good now, nothing to see here :)

If a remember correctly there was a bad batch of turbos in the 2015 S3s...especially earlier production ones....I remember reading that. Given that the actual sound of the turbo has changed, I suspect a hardware failure. I'd be surprised if the tune is causing the low boost and noise.... my guess is that added stress of the tune just unearthed a lingering weakness in your hardware (turbo)
