Converted to HID Xenon Headlights Right headlight stopped working

Hello all, today I installed my new audi HID housings, they were working fine. I installed them and when putting on the car it would flicker on off on off on off on. Then stay on. I do need to change some vag comes tomorrow. However, I drove it today to do some errands, they were working fine, while driving. I took it off, went into the store, came back out, put on the car, and noticed my right side wasn't working, but the turn signal does. Any suggestions, will vag come fix this or the bulb is busted?
went outside to double check, my engine smelled funky, the hid bulb has these brown spots on it, any reason should I be worried?
