Need some help with 5 codes please.

Hey guys, I am still trying to work out what all is wrong with my audi. I cant pass smog due to SAI incorrect flow, but I have thrown a few other codes. Here they are
P1479 Something with my brake booster
P0299 Underboost
P0411 Which is the SAI incorrect flow
P1931 Which is a coolant Fan controll issue

Need some help guys, not sure where to start

Also it's throwing the code 1358, which is coil pack ground or something like that. I just went to Napa and replaced an elbow piece that was broken that connects the SAI, so we will see if that will fix that. Before it sounded like a wrx start up
