2) the plastic bracket inside the lower corner of the bumper that the outer most wheel opening belly pan fastener attaches to (passenger side). I have no idea what this piece is called, or how big it is. Here's the best picture I could take of the driver's side (looking forward -- fender liner and belly pan removed):
