Bad vibration starting at about 10 mph.

I just replaced my engine. On my 2001 A6 2.7t Automatic . Got it all wrapped up and tried to go for a test drive. I got a really bad vibration that starts at about 10 mph. So needless to say I did not go very far.

I noticed that my driver side CV has a torn boot.
While disconnecting , reconnecting the drive shaft on the back of the transmission several of the ball bearings fell out. I cleaned them up and greased them up with CV grease, and put them back in. It was tight getting them back in.

I did loosen the center mount. I did line it back up with the marks of where it was before.

Someone with previous experience please let me know what your thoughts are to fix this issue. I need to be able to drive my car again.

    Thanks.

Just reading the title inwould suspect drivetrain related. Most likely something with your driveshaft if it wasn't there before.

Just in case: do you have aftermarket wheels that require a hubcentric spacer? If so, did you lose one?
