O2 sensor was replaced twice, and this error comes back:
    16514 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1
    P0130 - 35-10 - Malfunction in Circuit - Intermittent
Was blamed on ECU, so ECU was replaced too. Whats next to replace or troubleshoot?

Check the wiring at the harness. I had an issue where a wire came loose from the pin in the harness. Seems like it was not crimoed properly at the factory.

It was not a loose wire, but it got me moved in the right direction. Rear O2 sensor wire was touching downpipe and had insulation melted. It did not cause any codes, because my rears are coded out, but it shorted the ECU bus enough to cause intermittent code on the upstream sensor.
only code left now is 17965 - Charge Pressure Control
    P1557 - 35-00 - Positive Deviation

GOOD! You need some sort of progress after the nightmare you've had

I assume the misfires are still present?

I am knocking on wood as hard as I can, but so far 0 misfires in over 300 miles I put on the car yesterday.
