I feel that I have been treated horribly by SRM. They have not acted in a professional manner at all.
I called the phone number listed on the website on 11/20 asking if they had a 6 puck clutch in stock for my car and I was told yes. I placed the order the following morning. Here I am a month later, no tracking number, and I had to open a credit card dispute. Emails were not responded to, and when I called, the guy on the phone became argumentative. Shame on you.
I have been in the VW/Audi scene since 2000 and I have never experienced this issue with a company. Also, I have NEVER opened a credit card dispute against anyone. After I opened a dispute, Sean miraculously responded to me. He is now giving me a sob story that he will have to pay a 20.00 fee for the dispute. Also, he is accusing me of lying to my credit card company. I hope this mistreatment of customers that spend their hard earned money discontinues.
