16514 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1 P0130 - HELP

Looking to get my car inspected. I currently have the following single code:

16514 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1
P0130 - 008 - Malfunction in Circuit - MIL ON

This morning I just replaced the upstream sensor. Cleared code, and the code returned 20 miles after.

Things I'm looking into:

• Fuse - Which fuse do I want to look for, 29?
• The harness
