Car was running low on oil. Stopped, changed the oil, then started to get these sounds. Car is an automatic won't accelerate at all, but will drive. Brakes aren't as strong sometimes. I went to autozone and it said to replace the camshaft adjuster solenoid, also getting codes for turbo under boost. Check engine light is on, what is my next step?

Sounds like something may have happened within there, if the follower wears all the way through the metal could wind up in the timing/oil system if im under the right impression.
