    Quick question my stock radio has stopped working and I wanted to know if this one would work one my car because my radio does not have the SAT button.

    Yes that radio will work. However, the Symphony II+ radio from a B7 A4 is also a direct fit, but it needs a harness adapter to connect to the B6 wiring harness. The Sym II+ is a lot better radio than the '04.5 Sym II radio shown in the pic.
