Alternatives to JHM's slotted rotors in their BBK.

I have the JHM BBK and am looking to replace the rotors however the ones on their site are $725 which is a bit more than I am looking to spend.

Can I use the ones on ECS's site?

    https://www.ecstuning.com/Audi-B5_S4...g/Performance/

Looks like I can get slotted in 345x30 for $240 or plain brembo's for $180

I already made the mistake of ordering OEM cayenne rotors from AutohausAZ to find the hats are not compatible, so I'd like to not do that again...

you need 350 mm diameter with hats specific to your car, so every alternative you list is wrong size

Options are limited. Girodisc makes a set but they're the same price. Coleman is a reptuable ring producer and can make replacement rings for you to your hat specs. I think those run $400ish? That's the route I'd go.

Otherwise you can just get standard one piece ML55 rotors. I think Stoptechs should run around $80-90/pc

From what I can see the ml55 rotors are 345. Is what Vinny said correct? Why wouldn't the ecs rotors fit? I found a post saying you can use 330mm with pad overhang without issue.

Those ECS rotors are not for 17Z/18Z. They're B7S4-fitment and thus the offset is not correct.

You can use 345mm ML55 rotors without issue. 18Z pads will just slightly overhang the inner part- this is not a problem, but you can use 17Z pads to avoid any overhang if you like.

Thanks, to be sure: you mean the 2000-2003 ML55 AMG 345 mm rotors here?

From what I've been reading you need a 3mm spacer if you want to use the 350mm discs from the 2008+ ML550
