B7 Audi RS4 Aftermarket Exhaust & Headers

Hey guys,

Looking for a B7 Audi RS4 Aftermarket Exhaust & Downpipes.
I'm open to different brands so let me know what you have.

Needs to be in fairly good condition.


Located in Calgary, AB. Have family across BC as well as Edmonton that can pick it up locally. For the others, I'm open to paying for shipping costs.

Don't waste your money on headers. The factory ones are excellent and there isn't much room for improvement. Just use that budget and get downpipes and exhaust

Downpipes, that's actually what I meant. Not sure where headers came from haha.
I'm having a tough time finding a used exhaust and downpipes, any suggestions on where to look? New to the audi parts world.

Just check the b6/7 s4 rs4 classifieds. Doubtful you would find any here. And for the dp honestly you can just gut the first 2 cats. That's what I did and it made a huge difference. Deeper sound and there was much less heat in the footwell. So in a sense you could use your budget to get an exhaust and gut the downpipes.

I'd honestly prefer gutting them as well, heard its better than some aem ones, but then wouldn't I have to get a tune to get rid of the check engine light?

02 sensor spacers should do the trick. There's probably a thread somewhere with instructions.

I used that on my old a4 and never got a CEL.

I currently have the JHM piggies so they moved the sensor to the rear.

They are 2.5" downpipes and they taper down to 2.36" to mate up with the catback.

Guess what your stock downpipes are? 2.5" tapering to 2.36" at the mateup point with the catback.

Contact user bangoman. He had a full JHM rs4 exhaust for sale recently. Downpipes with cats and catback. Full 2.75".
