log and advice about Stage 3 2.7t misfires

got my car back after more than 2 weeks in the shop, and my misfires were not fixed, CEL come back later same day.
Car is 01 allroad with manual transmission, basic stage 3 (was working fine for couple years before misfires started), and bunch of other mods including
    3" downipes, magnaflow, cat-back and SAI/EGT/rear O2 coded out.

I have no idea what else to do to fix the misfires as everything possibly related was replaced including
    MAF,
spark plugs (4 times, all kinds of gaps and different plugs)
injectors (Bosch green giants, not green tops, green giants)
ignition coils (replaced twice all of them, currently R8 red coils)
replaced ECU, same stage 3 flash by Josh from Solo motorsports, believe it was totally unnecessary, shop's idea..
All cylinders compression seems to be good, was checked 3 times by different shops in the last 4 months

One option I am looking at, is to find low mileage engine, and transfer my K04 turbos on it. Or maybe there is still a chance to fix the misfires? Any ideas?

Here is what I have either before or after latest "repairs":

I am willing to pay in cash or parts (have a bunch of goof parts that I replaced for no reason), or beer, etc., if someone locally in Washington DC area, or remotely could help me to figure this out.

What gaps were you trying? How does your timing look?

I'm unable to look at your log at the moment but does it miss only at idle or while your driving? It's looking like you may have an engine mechanical issue like worn valve guides or seats. This may sound crazy but if it's an idle miss does the miss go away if you hold the clutch to the floor?

Tried 0.024, 0.028, and 0.032 gaps, no difference. Tried several plugs that cannot be gaped like Bosch 3 electrode (JHM recommends them for stage3) and Bricks, same as used on Lambo. Plugs are not the cause in my situation, so told last time car spent two weeks in the shop, "do not mess with the plugs, plugs were just replaced for the 3rd time" Guess what they did... Replaced the plugs with NGK copper 7, not sure what they gaped them to.. Of cause made 0 difference, but they still charged me $518 in diagnostic charges. Anyways, made another log today with more fueling data:

totally possible have mechanical issues with heads. Will try to log with pressed clutch, but I would have to wait for the long time. My misfires are not constant, very sporadic, need to drive a lot before CEL comes up. when you have a minte, pease try to look at the logs, maybe it would make more sense than any of my explanations ;)
