When they plugged into my car they said they notice it was tuned and that I tried to remove it.
they also said that they noticed I had a smaller supercharger pulley.
So that alone he said they could TD1 my car. He also told me that I had a part on the back of the supercharger that didn't allow for the boost pressure to bleed off like it was designed to.
I said (what pert are you talking about?) He pulled the rear plastic cover off and pointed to my ECS boost tap.
I told him that it was a boost tap so I could see actual boost pressure on my p3cars boost gauge.
He said the technician said that it holds something open to increase the boost pressure.
I told him his technician was wrong. Its just so I can see actual boost and not requested boost.
He then said if I wanted to make a stink about them not going further into the problem that they, the dealer would get Audi involved and let them make the call if its warranty or voided.
Maybe there is another Audi dealer in New England that is mod friendly that I could go to?
I'm going to be working with a top tuner very soon that has shown interest in doing a nitrous tune for my car. I just need to make sure my car is good before putting more power to it.
