2015 SQ5 question. Can you completely turn off all traction and stability control?

I have tried the button on the dash that turns off the ESC but I still get some sort of intervention and a light on the dash when I lose traction. I want to be able to manually turn off all assistance so I can take my SQ5 to the Audi Club winter driving event is Steamboat. Please let me know if you have any insight.

On most modern sports cars, the traction control (ECS) cannot be turned completely off. I only turn it off on the track. Then, when I start to feel the understeer, I simply ease up on the throttle and it immediately becomes an oversteer drift. It's taken me several laps but I finally got it down. I'm hitting the track again on January 25th. This will be the first time with the stage 2 tune, so here's to fun!

BTW, my buddy and I cruised through FC last month...love that green cross!
