DSG Fluid/Filter Change Cost in Canada

My dealer is quoting me $1100 for an oil change and DSG fluid change for the 35k mile (55k km) service. I had another shop quote similar, but they aren't know for being cost effective either.

Seems about double what it should be. What is everyone in Canada paying for this service?

I can't comment on Canada, but I just had this done yesterday in the states. 35k service cost me $650

I can pull the service record from Glenmore Audi (Calgary) when i had mine done at 55K kms (part of AudiCare). I think the price was around $800-900 but i cant be for certain.

Definitely wasnt $1100 though

Yeah, this isn't the 55k service, this is JUST the oil and DSG fluid/filter at Southgate Audi. Just the DSG work itself is $950.

I've already done most of the service myself, though I still need to do the oil change.

What's the 55k service and how much is that? I've had audicare for all my previous services, well worth it.

Sorry want clear, the DSG fluid change was around $800 from Glenmore. The whole service was much more than that.

I know the fluid is really expensive as is, not sure what Audi charges but the fluid alone for an EvoX is $450. In Calgary anyways.

FYI, North Edmonton Audi quoted me $840 for this.

Got Audi care as well definitely worth it but IMO you are being quote way to much...

These prices are insane! I am also from Canada and will be due for the DSG service very soon. I'm sure glad that I'm a mechanic and can do all of the servicing myself! I'll be doing the DSG and engine oil/filter service as well as the spark plugs.

I paid 1443 CAD after tax for engine oil, DSG service, cabin filter, intake air filter, serpentine belt, and supercharger belt at Dalmar Audi. The DSG oil itself was 275.

I was at Glenmore audi last month, they told me DSG never have to be serviced...

I did, IIRC it was over $700, but they didn't know which style filter on the car. Another shop wanted me to drive it in first before an estimate but I would think they should know based on year.
