I have a 2014 S4 and am in need of one of the electric fan connector on the engine harness. One of mine were damaged and I don't want to buy an engine harness to get one connector.

There should be an Audi part number (like "XXX YYY ZZZ B") molded into the connector body. You should be able to buy that from an Audi dealer. Find the release tab on the old connector, and pull the wires (with pins) out of the old connector body, and install into the new connector body.

Where is the damage?...kinda looks usable to me...maybe just clean it up with some Brake-Cleen spray (no residue)....

Thanks for the web link. I called my Audi dealer and they said the plug wasn't serviced and I needed the entire wiring harness for $1,600. I put the number in the website and it pulled up a listing for $8 but there is no picture. For $8 I'm gonna take a shot at it though.

The picture is of the good one, the other one is crushed all that is left are the wires.

Would it be an issue to just strip and crimp the wires together and not use connectors at all?
