How do you install? Double sided tape? I don't see any mounting holes?

I installed mine by using double sided tape to keep it positioned, then bolts to lock it in.

On the underside there are holes but you will need to drill holes through the top of the lip and the underside of the bumper

Yep, there are 9 pre drilled holes in the bottom of the lip. You would need to drill through the lip and bumper to secure it into place. Not all 9 holes need to be drilled, I would say 4-5 and some double sided tape is more than enough.
