2.0T Coils on Stage 1 - Couple Q's

First of all, which plugs to use? Stock fine or should I use the 7 heat range?

Second, read about dwell time a bit, if I do the APR tune can they adapt it for the 2.0T coils?

1 step colder works for everything just fine from stock to 500awhp
