    2.8 radiator fit 6 speed B5 S4?

    Hey guys,

Quick question... does anyone know for sure if these radiators are interchangeable?

Radiator developed a leak somehow and all the OEM S4 ones I see are around $300 shipped. Don't want to use autozone/advanced/napa radiators as I've heard they have fitment problems.

I will fork over the $$ if I have to but if there is a cheaper OEM alternative I'd love to hear about it.

-edit- post here talks about the auto radiator: http://www.audizine.com/forum/showth...1#post10945240

Is it safe to assume the manual one will be the same?

    Thanks!

there are at least 2 different versions of the S4 rad first off.... also I'm quite sure the S4 radiator is much bigger in capacity/cooling vs. the 2.8 and 1.8T units.

Buy the proper rad, it's not worth trying to save $100

Well I was running a tip radiator on a 6 speed car (which is even smaller due to the cooling core for the trans on the bottom)... so this is a step up right? :P

    Thanks for the input!
